Nathan has directed me to some other sites that are already doing what we're doing, only on a senate district and state level. I'm still looking into it, but I may be uniting my efforts with them. Divided we fall, right? I kinda like having things on a "Tooele area only" level, and Senate District 24 (which I am in) covers several counties, so that's a con. Nathan is actually in District 17, so i guess depending on where you live in the Tooele area, we may still be split up. I think those other sites will give us the advantage in that you'll get an email in your Inbox saying someone has posted anywhere, whereas this site only does that if you've posted in a particular forum or tell it to watch a thread. Please look at them and give me your feedback. The guy, Jared Law, that organized these other networking sites said there are already 5000+ members nationwide, and 300+ in Utah. There aren't many members in our districts, but now's the time to change that I suppose.
This is for the We Surround Them USA (national level): http://www.the912project.us/
This is for the We Surround Them UTAH (state level): http://utah912.ning.com/
Go here to find which Senate District you're in: http://www.le.state.ut.us/maps/amap.html
I'll keep everyone posted.
Thanks.
